Left Turn On Red You are allowed to turn left at a red light from a one-way street into another one-way street after coming to a complete stop. Make sure the intersection and crosswalk is clear of traffic and pedestrians before you turn either left or right on a red light.

Green Traffic Light A green light means you can turn left, go straight or turn right but you have to yield right-of-way to pedestrians and oncoming vehicles. When turning left or right, you must yield the right-of-way to pedestrians crossing the intersection.
