Full stop: No full stop / roll / blocked traffic

You must make a complete stop (the car stops moving). You cannot roll through a stop or stop late and block traffic (including the crosswalk). Be aware of proper stopping positions. Some tricks to avoiding rolling stops are to count to 3 or check your mirror. The slight pause allows the car to completely stop. Consistently failing to come to a complete stop or not stopping at all would be cause for failure.
