Traffic check: No left / right check / no mirrors

This section deals with travelling through an intersection, perhaps on a green light. You must always check your rearview mirrors and look both ways before entering an intersection. If the light were to change you would need that information to make a decision whether or not it was safe to stop. Failing to check is a major error.
