Speed: Slowed on expressway / spacing / rough slowing

When you exit the expressway, you need to maintain your speed until you are all the way into the exit(deacceleration) lane. Slowing while in the flow of traffic could cause a collision. You need to make sure you have an adequate space cushion around the vehicle and you should use the length of the ramp to gradually reduce your speed, not suddenly brake hard at the end of it. Both these are done to prevent a collision.
