Speed: Over limit/traffic

You must not go over the speed limit and you must maintain the flow of traffic up to the limit. Going over the limit is illegal and not keeping up with the flow of traffic impedes the traffic, which is dangerous. This is done through practice and the occasional glace at your speedometer. Consistently speeding on a road-test would be cause for failure.
