G2 Exit Road Test (G Road Test) Starting Hands-Gears: One hand / gear change

If operating a standard transmission, you should be in the proper gear to start off and not have to change gears until clear the intersection. This is so there is less risk of you stalling in the middle of the intersection. This is a minor issue.
