Steering: method / control / recovery

  1. You must always have control of the vehicle through steering. 
  1. Failing to do so could lead to a loss of control and possibly a collision. 
  1. This would be considered a failure. 
  1. You must have both hands on the wheel and use either the hand-over-hand or hand-to-hand method. Steering must be smooth in and out of the turn and not choppy.
