Right-of-way observance: pedestrians / self position / other vehicles

  1. This involves watching other road users and knowing who has the right-of-way.  
  1. Failure to obey right-of ways could cause a collision. 
  1. Failing to yield the right-of-way would be a critical error and result in a failure. 
  1. When making a turn you must move into a position where you can observe other road users. Then you must determine who gets to go first and always check your blind spot before turning in order to see bicyclists or pedestrians.
