Signalling: Wrong / early / late / not given / not cancelled

You must signal all turns. Failing to signal would be cause for failure. You must not signal too early so as to cause confusion or too late so that other vehicles don’t have time to react. These would be marked as minor errors.  Failing to cancel your signal would also cause confusion and would be considered a minor error. Normally, when a DriveTest Examiner tells you to turn, you should immediately signal so as to indicate to them that you understood their instructions.
