Hits: objects / other vehicles or climbs curbs

If you observe first, you would see objects or vehicles and not hit them. You would also have an idea where the curb is. If you hit the curb while reversing, it could be a minor or major mark. If you hit something, like a snow bank, garbage can or another car, while backing out or into a parking spot or you climb a curb it would be considered a loss of control of a vehicle and result in a failure.
