Right of way observance: pedestrians / self / other vehicles

You need to be clear on who has the right-of-way in different circumstances. Failing to yield to pedestrians or another vehicle might be considered a critical error. Failing to proceed when you have the right-of-way might also be considered a critical error. An example of this would be not proceeding to turn left when you have an advanced light.
