Traffic check: Not look / conflict / no blind spot

Before pulling away from the curb, you must check your mirrors and blind spot. You must also check before reversing the car and before you pull away at the end. This is to ensure that it is safe to do so. Failing to do so would be marked but if you fail to yield to traffic or have a near crash(conflict) it could result in a failure.
