Park: No brake / no park-neutral / not off brake-clutch / rolled

Whenever you park the vehicle, it must be secured by placing the car in park and setting the parking brake. In a standard transmission, put the car in neutral. When you take your feet off the brake and/or clutch, the car should not roll. These are major issues.
